Trevon Friar PMHNP-BC, Owner, & CEO
Based in the Tampa Bay area with a physical office in Riverview and statewide telemedicine services, Trevon Friar is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care.
With specialized training across diverse psychiatric settings, he expertly evaluates, diagnoses, and tailors’ treatment plans for a wide range of mental health conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and substance use disorders. Trevon is also certified in Addiction Medicine and authorized to prescribe Suboxone for opioid use disorder. A graduate of the esteemed Drexel University, he brings evidence-based, compassionate care to every patient interaction.
Nina Gagnier PMHNP-BC
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in geriatric psychiatry, Nina Gagnier brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Her expertise includes conducting comprehensive psychiatric, diagnosing, and treating patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
Nina Gagnier prescribes medicines to treat a wide range of mental health conditions including Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Insomnia, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Alzheimer’s disease, and Dementia. She has worked extensively in post-acute care and long-term care facilities, treating patients in both skilled nursing and assisted living environments. She has also provided treatment to patients in inpatient and forensic psychiatry settings.
Nina received her education from Walden University, equipping her with the necessary skills to deliver top-quality care to her patients. With her expertise, patients can feel confident that they are receiving compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to their unique needs.
Adianez Gonzalez PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Adianez Gonzalez, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice. Originally from Cuba and fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Adianez is committed to providing culturally responsive, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan.
She offers comprehensive mental health services, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and more. With a holistic and evidence-based approach, Adianez tailors each treatment plan to reflect the unique needs and goals of her patients.
Known for her compassionate presence and collaborative style, Adianez fosters a safe, respectful environment where patients feel empowered, heard, and supported on their path to wellness. Her dual training in both physical and mental health allows her to treat the whole person—mind and body—with empathy and clinical expertise.
